How long will it take to get my order? 

Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 2-10 working days and International 7-14 days, however due to the current COVID situation & restrictions, we have been experiencing some delays in delivery, which fall out of the usual 10 working day period. Thank you so much for understanding!

Do you Express Post? 


We sure can, however because of the delays with Australia Post we removed this option from our checkout for the moment because next day delivery was taking more then 1-2 days. If you have an express post request please email customers@souszy.com.au

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address so you can track your delivery. You’ll also be notified once your order has been delivered. If you didn't receive an email, please check your junk inbox - unfortunately some email clients just don't understand how important an email from Souszy is! 

My order is missing, what should I do?
