Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address so you can track your delivery. You’ll also be notified once your order has been delivered.
Once an order has been shipped we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for any of our knickers or bodysuits for hygienic reasons.

You may return all other full priced items for ‘change of mind reasons’ within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order for a full refund or a credit note of equal value. Please email email@example.com for instructions as to how to return change of mind items.
If you believe the product you've received is damaged, please send an email with your order number, images and a short description to firstname.lastname@example.org and our product team will be able to assist you.
If the damage is a result of a manufacturing defect and not the result of normal wear and tear, Souszy will send you a replacement piece and cover shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the claim does not match our return standards.
Please carefully review the washing and care instruction of each product. Souszy cannot accept a refund or exchange for products that were not following the care guidelines.
We do not refund products damaged by abuse or negligence, Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose. We cannot accept any items that have been worn and returned, soiled or damaged.
Our Quality Assurance Team look over each piece carefully before it is packaged and delivered to you! However if you believe a product has been damaged, let’s investigate. Please send photos and a short description to our product team email@example.com
