Every product on our website has been hand picked to make you feel good, this is our Souszy Guarantee. So it would be against our morals and beliefs if we weren’t able to promise that you can feel good knowing you are not overpaying for your product either. 

We know, we know.. sometime’s you can not put a price on comfort & quality, but at the end of the day there ain’t that warm and fuzzy feeling when you realise you could have saved a couple of dollars shopping elsewhere.

With absolutely no doubt in our minds, we will always provide the same, if not cheaper price than our competitors. Our products are all listed at the RRP advised by the brand themselves and we are regularly kept up to date with any sales or promotions. 

In the VERY unlikely chance you find one of our products listed for less on another Australian online store, please send us a message. We will not only be very surprised, we will match the price. 

 

• Price matching requires proof of product discount, availability and legitimacy. 
• The discounted price must be active at the time of Price Match.
• Product must be available for purchase now (not preorder). 
• Products must be identical, the same brand, matching SKUs and in the same size / colour. 
• Refunds for price matching is only valid, if the promotion was live at the exact same time the product was purchased. 
• All Price Match requests must be made before purchase or within 24 hours after purchase. 
• Product shipping & delivery will not be matched.
